Mesh Radios allow you to route data through multiple access points spread across a large area. Mesh radios are connected through a dispersed network of nodes that “talk” to each other to share the network connection across a large, vast area. Applications include mobile fleets that “speak” to each other or outdoor WiFi in static environments where failover is desired. One limitation of mesh is; capacity is reduced the deeper in the network your link, i.e., the greater number of hops the worse the performance. To overcome this limitation, design is key.
